Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, negotiate, and manage IT contracts, including software, hardware, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess contract requirements, risks, and legal implications.
- Monitor vendor performance, manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, ensuring timely reporting and audits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies in contract management processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT contract-related inquiries and disputes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in IT contract management.
