Job Description
Rockland Trust is currently seeking an experienced Treasury Management Deposit Officer to promote and solicit new prospect for significant deposits while creating a value proposition with Treasury Management services. Incumbent is responsible for growth in deposits via external and marketing efforts in order to achieve targets and objectives.

- Build, develop and maintain profitable deposit relationships with new clients
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy, implementing a formalized calling plan, generating leads and following up on referrals from clients
- Exhibit sound knowledge of Treasury Management products and services in order to create a value proposition for the deposit
- Articulate compelling value propositions to clients
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial needs and pain points to tailor solutions effectively
- Utilize Salesforce tool to track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
