Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling merchandise and promoting special offers.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked shop environment by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash register operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the shop area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with golf equipment and apparel is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
