We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping department in our hotel. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that meet the hotel’s standards for cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and inventory logs.
Requirements
