What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler-DC Warehouse position at Rockline Industries & Iatric Manufacturing?
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Drive forklift
- Assist in receipt and storage of incoming and outgoing materials
- Read and understand Bill of Ladings and ST / OT paperwork.
- Must be proficient with Scan gun and JDE System.
- Must be able to maintain an outstanding attendance record.
- Inventory / Transaction Accuracy is required.
- Assist with cycle counts
- Inspect trucks for all loads entering.
- Responsible for wrapping and movement of finished goods.
- Responsible for dumping trash and keeping warehouse space clean.
Required Skills :
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
High School diploma or GED, required. 1 - 2 years warehouse experience preferred, plus experience in warehouse functions of JDE, and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, preferred. Must be organized and able to multi-task and solve issues in a timely manner. Must be able to work with speed in a fast-paced environment and with accuracy. Must be able to follow instructions.
PHYSICAL AND REQUIREMENTS :
85db, hot and cold temperatures and some fumes / odors.
