Position Summary : As a Production Supervisor (Asset Coordinator), you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations. You'll provide leadership and guidance to hourly associates on your assigned lines, cells, or work centers, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact our success in meeting production goals and maintaining our commitment to safety and quality standards.
Essential Accountabilities :
- Coordinate production activities to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure teams meet manufacturing standards for output, labor, and waste targets.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to maintain product integrity.
- Maintain and monitor equipment for proper functioning.
- Enforce safety and cGMP company policies among associates.
- Assign daily tasks to production associates and manage staffing needs.
- Provide training and ongoing coaching for new hires and temporary staff.
- Participate in performance evaluations and counsel production associates.
- Monitor time and attendance records for subordinates.
- Ensure proper closure of work orders and recordkeeping.
- Investigate and document accident reports in collaboration with the Safety Coordinator.
- Fill in for Asset Lead in their absence.
