What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech Team Lead position at Rockline Industries/Iatric?
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Will be on-call for facility emergencies.
- You have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility shall be considered a part of your performance.
- Do everything necessary to ensure facility is always in a clean, “tour ready” status.
Education, Experience & Skills Required:
- Must have excellent safety and attendance records
· Must have a minimum 5 years verifiable Industrial Maintenance experience
- Must have 2 years experience in manufacturing leadership
- Must possess aptitude in multiple maintenance crafts: mechanical/electrical control systems machine tools, fabrication, instrumentation, etc.
- Verifiable troubleshooting skills required
- Knowledge of OSHA Industrial Safety standards and practices
- Good communication/documentation skills, ability to read and write English
- Ability to read blueprints and schematic diagrams
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft.
- Basic computer skills required
- Forklift certification required
- Must have high school diploma or GED
