POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production lines and equipment and maintaining Sanitation area.

SHIFT SCHEDULE: 

Sanitation Tech
F Shift 5:45AM - 6PM
12-hour position - 36 hours a week
Booneville, AR location

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Perform DEEP cleaning & sanitation of particular lines and equipment.
• Remove raw materials from line prior to cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintain and clean Sanitation area.
• Mix and measure chemicals to prepare for cleaning according to Sanitation guidelines.
• Use of Walkie Rider to transport supplies.
• Utilizes in depth understanding or microorganism impact to product for sanitation process. Routinely
communicates microorganism impact to production associates assisting in sanitation process.
• Entering sanitation data into Infiniti system.
• Completes documentation related to worker orders, CIP and sanitation logs.
• Miscellaneous cleaning tasks throughout manufacturing facility when cleaning/sanitation is not taking
place.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative
of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
• High School diploma or equivalent and cleaning/sanitation process experience preferred. Experience
working with Rockline manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand microorganism and their impact on product. Ability to learn/certify/use
Titration Kit and PIT equipment.

• Must be able to communicate face-to-face.
• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Constant standing and walking. Occasional to frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing,
pushing/pulling and reaching.
• Ability to read, write, calculate and analyze.
• Wet Work environment includes occasional moving mechanical parts and cramped quarters.
• Requires good visual acuity.
