Job Summary
This is a fast-paced position responsible for operating manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplying raw materials to workstations, moving empty pallets, and maintaining proper pallet counts. Additional responsibilities include ensuring safety protocols are followed, communicating with leads, and documenting shift numbers on finished product pallets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Supply raw materials to workstations and move empty pallets as needed
- Maintain proper pallet counts and configurations
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, including the use of personal protective equipment
- Communicate with leads and document shift numbers on finished product pallets
