Here’s What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Transform Rooms into Havens: Clean, organize, and refresh guest rooms, ensuring they are spotless and inviting.
Maintain Public Spaces with Pride: Keep common areas, lobbies, and hallways tidy and presentable, contributing to the overall hotel ambiance.
Replenish and Restock: Ensure rooms are stocked with fresh linens, towels, and amenities, anticipating guest needs.
Report and Collaborate: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly, collaborating with other departments to ensure swift resolution.
Be a Guest Advocate: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and contributing to a positive experience.
