Arbitration Training Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities :
- phone calls to facilities to check in on arbitration challenges and offer support (record findings on monthly data spreadsheet)
- In person training (travel mostly to northern region) for regional and personal one on one trainings as needed
- Work with team to divide in person training
- Offer support and training on docusign / pcc Qualifications :
- Education :
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Training, Legal Studies, Administration).
- Experience :
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or training support role.
- Familiarity with arbitration, mediation, or legal processes is a plus.
- Skills :
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
