Rockport Physical Medicine PA has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in an outpatient integrated (DO/NP/PT) facility. This NP/PA will perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our Team, provide direction and oversight of the patient’s care, order appropriate diagnostic tests and perform injections in an already existing 20 year-99% referral based office with a great reputation in our community and an exceptionally trained, competent and motivated Team that is always eager to help.
Competitive salary with bonus. M-F Schedule - No nights - No on-call - No weekends. CME allowance. Paid vacation and holidays.
The NP/PA needs to be:
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
- Background in Physical Medicine, Rehab, Orthopedic or Family Medicine
- Open minded to physical medicine, rehab and non-drug therapies
- Open to learning about integrative, functional and holistic approach to patient care
- Aesthetic training is a plus for this position
- Ability to do Trigger Point Injections (IM not sub-Q or IV)
- Ability to do Large and Small Joint Injections
