We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will support our Marketing Director, assist residents and their families, and help facilitate smooth transitions for new residents into our community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a vibrant, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and Sales team.
  • Act as a liaison between prospective residents, families, and the Rockridge community.
  • Enter all marketing notes, inquiries, and updates into the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing marketing materials, scheduling tours, and preparing marketing collateral.
  • Respond to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage the flow of information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, keeping it current.
  • Assist with events, open houses, and marketing activities to promote Rockridge and engage with the local community.
  • Help coordinate resident transitions into the community, ensuring a smooth process for residents and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Customer service experience, especially in marketing or healthcare, is preferred.
  • A passion for working with older adults and a dedication to making a positive impact.
