We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will support our Marketing Director, assist residents and their families, and help facilitate smooth transitions for new residents into our community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a vibrant, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and Sales team.
- Act as a liaison between prospective residents, families, and the Rockridge community.
- Enter all marketing notes, inquiries, and updates into the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing marketing materials, scheduling tours, and preparing marketing collateral.
- Respond to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage the flow of information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, keeping it current.
- Assist with events, open houses, and marketing activities to promote Rockridge and engage with the local community.
- Help coordinate resident transitions into the community, ensuring a smooth process for residents and their families.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Customer service experience, especially in marketing or healthcare, is preferred.
- A passion for working with older adults and a dedication to making a positive impact.
