What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Kitchen and Bath Installer - 1099 position at ROCKSOLID GRANIT?
We are seeking Detailed Oriented Finish Carpenters or installers with some remodel experience who are committed to providing our Customers with the Kitchen or Bath of their dreams! If you have the ability and talent we are looking for, then welcome. We will train the right carpenters to install our lightweight 1/4" engineered granite/quartz. We are the industry leader for kitchen and bath remodeling which requires NO DEMOLITION. If you are self-motivated and dedicated, this is the job for you! We install lightweight (3 pounds per sq. ft.) granite and quartz overlay products right over the top of existing counters and we do cabinet refacing (replace doors and drawers).
Our ideal Finish Carpenter will possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Construction, Carpentry and or Home remodeling field.
- Tile knowledge and Installation Experience and or Cabinet experience (Plus)
- Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools for granite and solid surface fabricating and installation (Grinders, Polishers, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, clean and tidy in appearance
- ·Ability and desire to learn a new product and process
- Reliable transportation, a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
- Have initiative and go above and beyond the expected
- Ability to travel is a plus as we have multiple locations across the United States
We will train the right contractor in our unique installation processes! We pay our subcontractors well.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
