HR Recruiter Job Duties Include :
- Recruits hourly paid hospitality and manufacturing employees
- Sources new employees
- Attends Job Fairs in the region
- Conducts job interviews
- Onboards new employees and enters into system
- Enters new hires into the HR System
- Must have 2 years recruiting experience
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Ability to work in the office
