Recruiter Job Duties Include

  • Sources new employees

  • Attends Job Fairs in the region and Chicago as needed

  • Conducts job interviews

  • Onboards new employees and enters into system

  • Enters new hires into the HR System


  • 2 Years As A Recruiting Specialist

  • Experience Recruiting Hourly Paid Employees

  • Experience Using ATS and Time and Attendance Systems
