Are you an experienced mechanic ready to step into a leadership role? Join our team in Schenectady, NY, as a Working Shop Foreman in our busy fleet maintenance shop, specializing in medical and paramedical transport vehicles.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be:

• On the wrenches (75% of the time): Performing repairs and maintenance on our fleet of passenger vehicles, including cars, vans, and small buses, many equipped with hydraulic wheelchair lifts.
• Supervising and scheduling (25% of the time): Overseeing shop operations, scheduling work, and ensuring efficiency without micromanaging. Our team of experienced mechanics runs smoothly; your role will be to keep the shop on track.
• All hands on deck: From operating the forklift to organizing the shop or clearing snow, teamwork is key in our operation.
