** We are hiring for Women's and Kid's focused production assistant positions**

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· ** DATA ENTRY - you will be entering PO's, tracking PO's, closing PO's.

Ensuring our data management system is up to date with the current production status

· Assist production manager in all production tasks.

· Work with sample room and print / dye house to manage in-house operations.

· Follow and update production WIP.

· Complete order data entry and management

· Placing POs to vendors

· Ensure order confirmations.

· Updating fields necessary to publish style.

· ·Ensure trend and product detail tagging

· Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.

· Email correspondences in a timely and communicative manner

Qualifications:

· High level of attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task while staying organized while under tight deadlines
· High sense of urgency, punctuality, and timeliness
· Must have a strong work ethic and motivation to learn
· Works well individually, as well as, with a team
· Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
· Flexible and adaptable to a very fast-paced environment
· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Requirements

· ** Spanish Speaking Required **

· Degree in Fashion or Product Development

· Proficient in Gmail, Excel, Word, and online navigation

· Understanding of garment bodies and fashion trends

· Previous experience with data entry

· Previous experience with assisting in production

· Previous experience with Shopify a plus

· Previous experience with an ERP system a plus
