A well-established residential and commercial HVAC organization in the Arlington Heights, IL area is immediately looking for an experienced Field Service HVAC / R Supervisor.

Working primarily in office, the Field Supervisor will hire, mentor, and coach a team of HVAC Service Technicians & Installers; be the point of contact for techs / installers with any technical issues; create / schedule / close job orders; create and deliver weekly and / or monthly training programs to staff to optimize overall performance (i.e. safety-related, new equipment, warranty, paperwork completion, dealing with clients etc.); complete employee performance reviews; complete site visits for quality control; develop and build positive relationships with customers and suppliers; resolve issues with employee or customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner; able to jump on the tools to service / install residential and commercial HVAC equipment and systems in emergency situations, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
SHIFT : Days, Monday - Friday.
