A Strategic Account Executive is being sought to join this team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter/self-starter mentality, excelling at building relationships from scratch and methodically turning prospects into long-term partners. Success in this role requires wearing many hats: pipeline strategist, process builder, relationship expert, and closer.
This hands-on role demands creative flexibility, a knack for building relationships, and a relentless drive to deliver value to customers. Who is the customer?
Pathways works with the largest manufacturers of building materials in North America and Europe, including steel, cement, and wood products. The customers are complex, billion-dollar, multi-national manufacturers.
What You'll Do
- Work full-cycle deals from lead to close, becoming a trusted advisor to prospective customers and growing successful, long-lasting relationships with billion-dollar manufacturers.
- Own the strategic planning across a named account list, developing strategies to drive awareness and engagement across customers.
- Develop the sales playbook to enable scaling, documenting learnings that can be applied across accounts and product verticals.
- Directly influence the commercial strategy by providing input on all things GTM.
- Develop and execute highly targeted outbound campaigns that resonate with prospects and drive meaningful conversations to fuel the pipeline.
What is Looked For
- 5 years of closing experience for complex products with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing strategic deals above $50k.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and provide innovative solutions across dynamic stakeholder ecosystems.
- Previous success in an early-stage company, with the ability to navigate and be successful with limited oversight.
