Position Overview
The Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective business management. This role requires a balance of leadership, compassion, and strategic planning, with an opportunity for equity ownership in the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Staff Management: Lead and develop a team of compassionate caregivers and support staff. Oversee hiring, training, and mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and internal promotion.
- Resident Care: Ensure all residents receive personalized, high-quality care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Compliance & Regulations: Maintain full compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare, safety, and staffing regulations. Strive to set the Gold Standard in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
- Admissions & Community Relations: Manage facility admissions and build strong relationships with residents and families. Drive occupancy growth by delivering unmatched care and service in the marketplace.
Experience & Qualifications
- While formal education in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus, we prioritize proven experience in leadership and caregiving. The ideal candidate has:
- 3-5 years of experience managing nurses or caregivers.
- A Licensed Administrator credential (preferred but not required).
- Meets the qualifications to become a licensed Administrator (required).
- A growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for delivering the best possible care.

Pay: $69,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
