Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated GPS Electronic Monitoring Technician to join our team part-time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining GPS monitoring equipment, assisting clients with proper use, and coordinating with courts and bond offices to ensure compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and interacting with clients in a meaningful way. The position involves light travel within the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic monitoring devices on clients.
- Coordinate with courts, bond offices, and clients for installations and compliance checks.
- Provide clients with instructions and support on how to use monitoring equipment.
- Submit required documentation to courts and bond offices.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations and service calls.
- Ensure that equipment is in working order and report any issues promptly.
