I am a family physician with a new medically supervised weight loss program. We will do an initial intake with our clients which will include a medical evaluation and a complete history of the client's eating habits, weight struggles, prior diets, prior successes and prior failures. We will individually tailor a weight loss plan for each client which will include a diet plan, exercise recommendations and medicine. Clients will keep a daily journal through their weight loss journey and we will meet with them a minimum of once monthly to review progress towards their goals, provide feedback and guidance. I am looking for a dietitian to help manage the diet portion of the program. The dietitian will play an integral role in design and implementation of the weight loss program and could potentially gain full time employment. We are expecting 10-15 hours a week which could lead to full time as the program grows. Part of the time for in office appointments to see patients and remote from home for telemed appointments and reaching out to current patients for follow-ups and questions.
