Job Description Reporting to the Regional Commercial Operations Manager, the Sales Effectiveness Specialist's work focuses on the change management of organizational selling disciplines within the Global Sales and Marketing organization. The Sales Effectiveness Specialist will promote the Rockwell Automation mission by guiding the evolution of sales programs for sales leaders and their teams. Your Responsibilities: You will align the commercial execution plan to meet the regional and segmental priorities You will align the Industry/Regional Vice President's (IVP/RVP) business strategy to account coverage across the organization You will oversee strategies for sales pipeline, account plans and funnel quality You will oversee account attribution validation, account archetype validation and account package validation. You will support ad-hoc sales execution efforts to improve performance to goal in the region You will provide insights to regional directors to facilitate informed decisions around pivoting to new industries in the region You will guide lead generation processes including account prospecting and qualification. You will align marketing activities in the region to guide new business development. You will identify opportunities to increase market share and improvement areas in the selling process. You will build a region enablement plan to ensure sales leaders and collaborative selling teams are proficient in outcome-based selling (OBS) methodology and processes. Track adoption and provide feedback to regional enablement team. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The ability to travel 20% of the time. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 5 years experience in a commercial organization support role within sales or operational-related field.
