Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Brewery Sales Representative to expand Rockwell Beer Company’s footprint in the market. This individual will be responsible for developing relationships with bars, restaurants, retailers, and distributors to increase sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for craft beer, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth in a competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management
Develop and maintain relationships with key on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (retail, grocery, liquor stores) accounts.
Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new business.
Work closely with distributors to ensure Rockwell Beer Company is properly represented in the market.
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Brand Representation & Marketing
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Rockwell Beer Company’s story, values, and products.
Organize and participate in beer tastings, tap takeovers, festivals, and other promotional events.
Educate accounts and consumers about Rockwell Beer’s products, brewing process, and company mission.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and leadership.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
2 years of sales experience, preferably in the craft beer, beverage, or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing processes, and industry trends.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with distributors and understanding the three-tier system is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally for events and sales visits.
Must be 21 and have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
