Your Role:
As a Direct Support Staff member, you'll be a key player in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Your role includes:
- Providing companionship and assistance with daily tasks
- Meal prep, housekeeping, medication reminders, and errands
- Engaging in activities like games and light exercise
- Assisting with personal care and life skills development
What We're Looking For:
- Compassionate and reliable individuals who love to care for others
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of paid or 1 year of unpaid caregiving experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and insured automobile
- At least 18 years old
