About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dietary Aide/Line Cook to join our team at our 58-bed skilled nursing facility in Yucca Valley. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks to our patients and staff.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Prepare and cook meals and snacks in accordance with established nutrition plans.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor food preparation and inventory levels to ensure accurate record keeping.
