The Role of the Dietary Aide/Line Cook
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks for patients and staff in accordance with established nutrition plans.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor food preparation and inventory levels to ensure accurate record keeping.
