Rockwell Talent and 1Rock Group are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Associate to manage and execute content-based projects. This role involves scheduling, supervising timelines, and coordinating with key staff and clients to ensure smooth project execution. You’ll play a hands-on role in setting up and breaking down our podcast studio, assisting guests and hosts, and developing engaging content for social media and high-profile clients. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with skills in digital ads, email marketing, and audience engagement. Project Scheduling & Advancement :

Execute the scheduling and advancement of content-based projects, ensuring all tasks are planned and tracked effectively.Project Supervision & Timeliness :

Oversee content-based projects, making sure they stay on schedule and are completed on time.Client & Team Communication :

Serve as a key point of contact, relaying content requests between staff and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.Marketing Strategy Execution :

Implement marketing strategies for content creation, outreach content, social media, and production-based projects.Podcast Studio Setup / Breakdown :

Handle the setup and breakdown of 1Rock’s Podcast Studio, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and other necessary equipment. Also work directly with podcast studio clients, guests, and hosts to ensure a seamless experience.Content Development for Social Media & Clients :

Brainstorm and create content ideas for 1Rock Group’s social media channels and high-profile clients, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Audience Engagement & Copywriting :

Craft compelling copy to engage audiences across social media and blog platforms.Time Management & Communication :

Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining clear communication with your manager and team.Digital Ad Creation (Preferred Skill) :

Ability to design and produce compelling digital ads from concept to completion.Email Marketing Campaigns (Preferred Skill) :

Capability to create and execute impactful email marketing campaigns from start to finish.Additional Responsibilities :
