Client Services Manager
Job Summary:
Rockwest Training Company is seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team! As a Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving a mindset to meet the company mission. You will also supervise those providing direct support to clients in Day Support Activities (DSA) and Employment Path (EP) services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, escalations, and the planning of individualized objectives.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to include weekly/monthly calendar of events.
- Analyze client and staff feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss support needs, goals, service offerings and address concerns.
- Manage client contracts, agreements, and renewals in compliance with company policies and Oregon Administrative Rules.
- Provide quality documentation for all ISP meetings and other client paperwork in compliance with company policies and Oregon Administrative Rules.
- Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to the staff to ensure quality supports are provided to clientele, including review a daily data collection.
Skills:
- Proven experience working with people who are diagnosed with IDD or related field for at least two years.
- Familiar with the Oregon developmental disabilities services and administrative rules or comparable
- Proven experience in supervisory tasks.
- Experience developing the Individual Support plan (ISP) or comparable.
- Experience collecting and analyzing information for client training goals and objectives.
- Experience using the computer system Therap or comparable.
- Strong skills in providing creative solutions and opportunities for clients.
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional work ethics and actions that would serve as a role model to others.
- Proficient using Microsoft Windows Word, Excel and Google Calendar.
