HOURS:
Club T.E.C. - our Day Support Activities (DSA) Program - up to 32-35 hours a week between 8 am to 2:30(3:00); Monday-Friday. NOW OFFERING HOLIDAY PAY FOR FULL TIME & PART TIME POSITIONS.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provide support for people with developmental disabilities in an outing and activity program. This includes exploring daily of local and surrounding area events and interesting locations.
The DSA Specialist will drive company vehicles, encourage participation, teach social skills, motivate efforts, collect data on progress, give input of possible goals and objectives, attend meetings as requested, and implement of goals and objectives.
Additional duties include supervision, general record keeping through Therap, general housekeeping to maintain an organized, safe, and healthy environment/vehicle, advocate for client's rights, assure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and promote and support overall mission of the company.

TO BE ELIGIBLE:
- Be at least 18 years old [per OAR 411-323-0050(9)(a)]
- High school diploma or equivalent. (per OARs)
- Have a valid driver's license for at least one year, a good driving record and be at least 21 to drive company vehicles (per company vehicle insurance requirement).
- Be able to work as part of a TEAM, as well as working independently.
- Pass a drug screen test, including THC, initially and randomly
- Pass a Dept. of Human Services Criminal Background.
- Preferred CPR and Standard First Aid certified [training available]
- Preferred Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certified [training available]

Pay: $16.75 - $17.00 per hour
