A luxury community in the Bryan/College Station area is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Property clean up
- Power washing and blowing debris
- Painting and make readies
- Pool Cleaning
- Work Orders
Job Requirements:
Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow team members and have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and successfully complete a background check. We offer excellent benefits and competitive pay.
Education/Qualifications:
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks for a fast-paced, demanding community. Be dependable/reliable, producing timely work to company standards. High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. 2 years previous maintenance experience, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is also required.
