About the Position :
Our Digital Transformation Lead Consultants will guide clients in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that enhance business performance and drive innovation. You will lead project teams to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, modernize enterprise-wide IT systems, streamline operations, and adopt unified digital strategies that align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities may include :
- Navigate Complex Environments : Understand complex environments and advise client on coalition-building, strategic planning, and multiple workstreams as they navigate change.
- Design Digital Transformation Solutions : Design and implement comprehensive digital transformation solutions, process improvement and initiatives that align with client business goals, leveraging change management frameworks and methodologies, and incorporating lessons learned to ensure successful adoption and seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Develop Automation Strategies : Define and implement strategies to automate security policy enforcement, making machine-readable policies and developing systems for automated rule generation.
- Support Client Implementation : Assist clients in implementing recommended digital solutions and systems that cross-correlate security guidance and policies to identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity across domains.
- Engage Stakeholders : Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders at all levels - technical teams, policy experts, legal, executives and other disciplines, to maintain alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle. Work involves coordination across federal entities and with the industrial base.
- Build Client Relationships : Create strong client relationships and develop deep understanding of client needs and deliver transformation initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring measurable impact and long-term success.
- Lead and Develop Staff : Manage project team, ensuring that they deliver high-quality solutions, foster collaboration, and meet client expectations. Provide feedback and growth opportunities to develop the staff at multiple levels.
- Oversee Project Management : Oversee all aspects of projects, including staffing, budgets, reporting, risk mitigation, quality assurance of deliverables, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning : Stay current on industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative solutions and best practices to clients.

Salary Range :
The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $185,000 . Your salary may vary within this range depending on a wide range of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
