The Inside Sales Staff serves as the daily face of our company, actively engaging with and assisting customers. When customers call or walk through our doors, our inside sales staff warmly greet them and offer support.

- Assist customers with general project design & provide expert advice
- Document customer profiles within Floorzap
- Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally
- Schedule project measurements with customers for sales professionals
- Take customer payments, maintain accurate records & databases
- Consistently communicate with sales staff, subcontractors, & customers throughout projects
- Collaborate with sales team & subcontractor to ensure timely delivery of products
- Attend monthly sales trainings & weekly staff meetings
- Expected to complete aspects of sales role:
- keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services
- provide sample & design suggestions
- calculate number of materials needed for projects
- create project estimate/proposal for client review
- ensure quality control throughout project
- communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
