Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all plant operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and effectively.
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules and workflows to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the plant.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement or maintenance needs.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on operational goals and objectives.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing production within a commercial cabinet manufacturing facility
