Job Summary:

• Seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

2. Core Responsibilities:

• Design and develop system architectures based on business requirements. (Sets the foundation)
• Evaluate, integrate, and deploy hardware, software, and network solutions. (Core technical delivery)
• Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and reliability. (Critical for ongoing operations)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet business needs. (Highlights collaboration)
• Ensure systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. (Essential for compliance)
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. (Problem-solving focus)
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as needed. (Operational maintenance)
• Provide technical support to internal teams and stakeholders. (Support function)
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for system integration and support. (External engagement)
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. (Knowledge management)
• Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements. (Data-driven decision making)
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. (Proactive and forward thinking)

3. Required Skills:

• Proficiency in system design and administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, or macOS). (Core foundational skills)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). (Important for modern infrastructure)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash). (Essential for efficiency)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). (Relevant cloud experience)
• Familiarity with networking protocols and equipment (e.g., TCP/IP, routers, firewalls). (Networking skills)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. (Critical for troubleshooting)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Needed for collaboration)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (Adaptability to teams)

5. Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 8 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role.
