Rockwoods is seeking a talented Product Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic product marketing team. In this critical role, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing marketing campaign performance across our credit card, deposit, loan, and mortgage products. You'll uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that directly impact campaign success and product adoption.
What You'll Do:
- Data Detective: Gather, clean, and analyze marketing data to identify trends, behaviors, and patterns related to customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all products.
- Insight Generator: Develop detailed reports and presentations, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for the marketing team and leadership.
- Trend Spotter: Monitor and assess changes in campaign performance and product engagement, recommending strategies to optimize our marketing efforts.
- Strategic Advisor: Provide data-backed recommendations to enhance marketing campaigns, improve customer retention rates, and maximize customer engagement across various channels and products.
- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with the product marketing team, channel owners, and other internal analyst teams to optimize marketing strategies based on analytical findings.
- Visual Storyteller: Create compelling dashboards, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Channel Optimizer: Evaluate the effectiveness of different communication and engagement channels (email, social media, website, in-person events) in driving product acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Competitive Analyst: Compare marketing channel trends with industry benchmarks and competitors to identify areas for growth and innovation.
- Continuous Learner: Stay up-to-date on best practices in data analysis, marketing channel metrics, and analytical tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) as well as the Snowflake data environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to create compelling PowerPoint and executive presentations to communicate key insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience in marketing and financial industry analysis is a plus.
