We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor based in our Byhalia, MS facility. The position is scheduled for shift, from 7PM – 7AM, on a 5 day a week rotation.

What you bring:
- Proven engineering or licensed industrial electrician background with relevant qualifications.
- Extensive practical experience in an automated industrial/manufacturing maintenance setting.
- Experience with Siemens PLC-controlled automation systems
- Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting motor control circuits
- Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and process control
- Solid understanding of the Electrical Code and its applications
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to guide and develop teams.
- Excellent people management and training abilities to support employee growth and development.
- High drive, commitment, and energy, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to leverage technology for efficiency.

What you will be doing:
- Health & Safety Leadership: Ensure all employees adhere to health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety.
- Operational Excellence: Manage and develop the department to enhance efficiency and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in the Yearly Goal Setting process.
- Team Supervision & Development: Lead, support, and mentor employees to promote a productive and high-performing workforce.
- Equipment & Machinery Management: Ensure all machinery and equipment operate safely and reliably at all times.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure employees comply with the RW-US management system, with a strong focus on company policies and procedures.
- Maintenance Operations: Oversee maintenance activities to ensure all work is executed professionally, reliably, and to the highest standards.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report HOKE activities and results, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
