What you will be doing :
The Production Supervisor oversees all operational activities throughout the shift, ensuring that assigned employees are adequately trained for their tasks. They possess a comprehensive understanding of Lock Out Tag Out procedures and ensure that all operators comply with these protocols before proceeding with equipment lockout. Additionally, the Production Supervisor always enforces adherence to company policy regarding the wearing of appropriate safety gear by crew members.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for efficient and safe operations, a responsibility upheld by the Production Supervisor. Furthermore, the production lead oversees the proper disposal of garbage and recyclables.
The Production Supervisor assumes responsibility for packaging and distributing all products from the RFN line to the Warehouse. They oversee quality checks on items reaching the packaging line and ensure the smooth operation of RFN working areas, including the correct labeling of products. Additionally, they oversee all visible quality checks.
