Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will support our Admissions, International, and Homeschool departments. This person will interact with prospective families during the inquiry process. This includes touring, answering verbal and written inquiries, making and distributing application packets and generating letters, emails and follow up phone calls. The Assistant will track the applicant through the process from inquiry to enrollment using various computer software systems. In addition, the Assistant will visit Christian daycares and preschools in the local area to distribute information about our school. Various administrative duties as needed in the Admissions office, International, and Homeschool departments.
Job Requirements
Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with all personalities, creative and resourceful, self-motivated, excellent oral and written communication skills,. Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education requirement, according to RBCS requirements. Must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Database software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
