We are seeking self-starters who will provide excellent client service while being able to prioritize, stay focused in a fast-paced environment and remain attentive to details.
Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Manage a large volume of incoming client calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs in order to provide quality client service
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle customer complaints, ensure escalation to department manager as needed
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Exceed expectations by providing excellent customer service to engage customers
- Work as a team
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
MUST be able to work nights and weekends. Prior veterinary experience is REQUIRED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - 18.00 per hour
