Hours: Full-time position
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

- You have a 2-year associate degree in accounting from an accredited institution or are currently enrolled in an accounting program at an accredited institution.

What would I be doing every day?
The Accounting Clerk reports to the Chief Operations Officer and works with the senior accountants. The accounting clerk performs in a fast-paced environment with layered job responsibilities. Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Accurately recording client invoices and expenses.
- Performing accounts payable and receivable tasks; recording and paying bills.
- Performing monthly credit card reconciliations.
- Protecting the organization’s values by keeping information confidential.
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Participating in regular performance reviews.
- Abiding by the policies and procedures as outlined in the RML handbook.
