Responsibilities of a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Responsible for managing the center's on-site maintenance program, including essential mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment, as well as maintenance staff
Qualifications for a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of properties and facilities maintenance experience required
- Prior maintenance experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of skilled nursing facilities a plus.
- Prior experience supervising and managing maintenance staff a plus.
