Duties

Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
- Proficiency in performing patient assessments.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
