Budtender

```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection
- Educate customers on the different strains, products, and consumption methods available
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Accurately process transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Assist with product demonstrations and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Basic math skills for retail calculations and cash handling
- Must be 21 years of age or older (or as required by state regulations)
- Ability to pass any required background checks or licensing requirements
