Store Manager
Duties:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of cash handling procedures and inventory records.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Skills:
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Experience in shift management, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in managing financial resources.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it can enhance customer service for diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with wireless sales is advantageous.
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
