POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for creating and executing data collection strategies, analyzing web performance, and providing reports to enhance eCommerce and marketing outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role focuses on improving site performance and leveraging data insights to drive KPIs and stay ahead of industry trends. This position works within the marketing department and requires a dynamic and coachable individual with excellent numerical ability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develops, executes, and reports on data collection strategies, pixel performance, web analytics, and touchpoint interactions.
- Works directly with eCommerce Product Manager and Marketing team to synchronize collected data and action plans to improve site and sales performance.
- Works directly with Ad Manager to optimize campaign spend within budget.
- Receives data from Social Media Content Creator to maximize impact of posted content, deploy marketing spend, and anticipate upcoming industry changes/trends.
- Develops data-supported performance projections for all digital platforms in tandem with ongoing marketing efforts to improve assigned KPIs.
- Strong familiarity with dashboard production, reporting, trend analysis, and data operations required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and/or Power Bi is required.
- Financial acumen and understanding of financial operations strongly desired.
- Experience in both DTC eCommerce and B2B funnel operations strongly desired.
