Description Summary:
The Administrative Assistant of Franchise Development supports the department in various administrative tasks, ensuring timely processing and filing of department documents. Performs a variety of office administration tasks including data entry, phone operations, and document preparation.
Responsibility Summary:
- Screen and route incoming franchise leads, providing excellent customer service, and providing franchise information as requested
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence to new and existing franchisees/licensees
- Enter franchisee information into multiple systems, including contact management systems
- Scan and file confidential franchise related documents i.e. leases, franchise agreements
- Maintain supplies of common forms and supplies used throughout the department
- Print and assemble franchise packets for new franchisees/clients
- Prepare franchise agreements using DocuSign
- Disclose Prospects and Franchisees on Franchise Disclosure Documents
- Attend franchise trade shows
- Computers skills proficient in all Microsoft applications ie teams, excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Salesforce platform knowledge
- Data and analytics mapping software sitezeus and placer ai

Requirements:
This position requires excellent people skills. Excellent organization, as well as written and verbal communication skills are a must. Solid administrative experience with knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology is preferred. Working experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Must be able to carefully follow written and verbal instructions, multitask, and work well under pressure. Must be able to accurately convey written and verbal information to others. Strong attention to detail is a must. Must be able to frequently type and perform data entry for extended periods of time. Must be able to occasionally bend, reach, grasp small objects, and lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
