The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department at Rocky Mountain Classical Academy. The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Director and will be responsible for ensuring that the school's HR policies and procedures are in compliance with federal and state laws.
Start Date : July 1, 2025
Requirements :
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process for all staff positions.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, as needed.
- Manage employee benefits programs, as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that all employee information is kept confidential.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to supervisors and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with developing employment agreements.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports as required.
- Participate in the review, development and implementation of the school's employee handbook.
- Review all time-off requests and ensure they are approved by supervisors, and tracked accordingly.
- Assist with payroll related tasks, as needed.
- Manage and maintain the HR employee portal.
- Liaise with CDE and District 49 Human Resources Department to ensure they have all information they need to report to Colorado Department of Education.
