Primary Responsibilities:
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Perform various floor care cleaning duties according to scope of work.
- Maintain safe & clean work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
- Maintain a clean and professional physical appearance.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Must be dependable
- Be respectful to customers and staff.
- Perform production processes following Rocky Mountain Cleaning & Restoration guidelines and management and per management directions.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job-site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Position Requirements:
- Effective oral communication
- Available to work overtime and at off-cycle hours
- Basic math skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications WRT and FSRT preferred for technician
- IICRC certifications ASD and AMRT preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Licenses/Certifications:
- Driver’s License (Required)
- United States Citizen or ability to work in US (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
